How CasperCard collects, uses, stores and protects personal information.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact information, authentication and security data, device and log information, wallet addresses, transaction references, card-service information, support communications and information required by applicable verification or financial-crime controls.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, operate accounts and card features, process and reconcile funding requests, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Legal bases and sharing
Depending on your location, processing may rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent. Information may be shared with card issuers, payment and crypto service providers, identity or fraud vendors, hosting providers, professional advisers and authorities where lawfully required.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, dispute, tax and regulatory purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring and operational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some financial and compliance records cannot be deleted immediately. Requests may be sent to info@caspercard.com.
International transfers and updates
Providers may process information in other countries using lawful safeguards. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change; the current version and effective date will appear on this page.
