Protect your account
Use a unique password, keep devices updated, verify addresses and networks carefully and freeze your card immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. CasperCard staff will never ask for your password or one-time authentication code.
Use only your own funds
Do not fund an account from stolen, disputed or unauthorized sources. Do not accept transfers for strangers, act as an unapproved intermediary or allow another person to control your account.
Crypto risk
Crypto prices and network conditions can change quickly. Transfers may be delayed, irreversible or lost when sent to an unsupported asset, address or network. Review every detail before sending.
Report problems
Contact info@caspercard.com promptly about fraud, suspicious messages, compromised credentials, incorrect balances or unauthorized card activity.
