The rules governing access to and use of CasperCard services.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering a contract and permitted to use the service in your location. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us immediately of suspected compromise. One person may not impersonate another or create accounts to evade controls.
Nature of the service
CasperCard provides an account interface for supported funding methods and assigned card services. Availability, card type, limits, countries, networks and features depend on the relevant issuer and service providers. CasperCard is not a bank and crypto assets are not deposits or guaranteed investments.
Funding, cards and transactions
Only send supported assets over the exact network and address shown. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Card authorization, settlement, reversal, freeze and closure may be controlled by the issuer. You authorize applicable fees and balance adjustments connected with valid transactions, reversals and chargebacks.
Fees
The displayed plan fee, card fee, setup fee and top-up fee apply when confirmed during ordering or in your dashboard. Network, foreign-exchange, issuer, withdrawal, replacement or third-party fees may also apply when disclosed. Current advertised plans are €99, €250 and €999.90 per month per card, with an 8% crypto top-up fee, subject to the final order terms.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, illegal goods or services, unauthorized gambling, abuse, resale without permission, security interference or any activity prohibited by law, issuer rules or card-network rules.
Suspension and termination
We may delay, reject, restrict, freeze or close an account or transaction for security, compliance, provider, legal or operational reasons. You may request closure after settling outstanding obligations. Required records may remain retained after closure.
Liability and changes
The service is provided subject to availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update features and these terms with reasonable notice where required.
